Advantages of idle wheel feeder

thickness of material is, it can be used only need
to adjust the feeder for matching with mold.

Accuracy of material feeding: because of the
difference of turning quantity and the length of
material feeding, in general the accuracy is
0.05mm.If use guide pin as locating, ±0.01mm of Type
Single type: suitable for rolled material
(thickness: over 0.15mm);
Suitable for single product and continuous pressing
product
Compound type: suitable for rolled material
(thickness: below 0.15mm)
Suitable for short material, single product and
continuous pressing product
There are four characteristics in structure:
1.Monodirectional bearing:
Embedded super hard alloy. If equipped with roller
bearing, it has wearable, invariability, high
accuracy and long life.
Because the gear is undergone heat treatment,
HRC60°, and precision ground, its accuracy of
transmission is high.
2.Idle wheel
Being adapted hollow type, it is light, small
inertia in turning, can stop at any time and can
guarantee the accuracy of material feeding.
3.Dish type brake (ordinary brake device)
Use high quality clutch to make two brake faces
contact fully, long life, good stability, high
accuracy.
4.Converse device
1.Its structure is same as monodirectional device.
It can control low wheel accurately. If use for a
long time, it cannot make low wheel appear any
converse phenomenon. Its stability and precision is
rather high.
2.It does not make low wheel reverse and produce
wrong distance feeding because of brake trouble
caused by spattered resid.
3.Not easy to produce high heat.
4.Because of equipped with super hard alloy and
roller, it is not easy to wear.
5.The mode of action is that the roller takes
circular motion and is not rectilinear motion of
four pieces of guide column. Therefore there does
not exist griped phenomenon.
6.Because of small friction, the needed transmission
torque will be reduced relatively and the
transmission mechanism is not easy to damage.
7.If equipped with converse device, the speed may
reach to 30m/min. In general it is 20m/min, 50% of
efficiency can be raised.
8.Because of special structure, it increases the
life of operation.
Note: in general the brake device of every type is
standard configuration.
If this machine has converse device, in general the
brake device is for assistant, i.e. double brake
